We are excited to announce the latest update of BKA DIGITAL SOLUTIONS, the app that helps you manage your sales data and generate reports. In this version, we have added some new features and improvements that will make your sales management easier and more efficient.
New Features
- You can now search for sales data based on start date and end date. Just enter the date range in the search bar and get the results in seconds.
- You can now generate sales reports based on start date and end date.
- We have added a new receipts section where you can print receipts for all sales based on date or receipt number.
- You can now toggle between dark and light mode in the app navbar. Dark mode will reduce eye strain and battery consumption, while light mode will provide better visibility and contrast.
- You can now switch between retail and wholesale mode in the point of sale section.
- New updates allows you to switch from one currency to the other if applicable in your mode of operation. For example, if your customers are people who either use GH¢ or CFA (for France), you can now switch between GH¢ and CFA mode in the point of sale section.
- Added functionality to set exchange rate for those who trade in more than one currency. Once this is done, all prices of the concerned currency automatically resets according to the new exchange rate you set.
- Added functionality to track your credit transactions (either sales or purchases) and many more.
- Redesigned dashboard with the addition of Top 50 Best Selling Products.
- Drafting of cart items. This feature allows users to draft items in the cart and later continue to checkout.
Bug Fixes and Improvements
- We have fixed some minor bugs and errors that were affecting the app performance and stability.
- We have improved the user interface and design of the app to make it more user-friendly and intuitive.
- We have updated the app documentation and help section to provide more information and guidance on how to use the app.
How to Use the New Features
- To search for sales data based on start date and end date, go to the sales data section. Enter the date range in the format DD/MM/YYYY and tap on the search button. You will see the sales data that match your criteria.
- To print receipts for sales based on date or receipt number, go to the receipts section in the sales tab and tap. Select the date or the receipt number that you want and tap on the print button. You will see a preview of the receipt and options to print or share it.
- To toggle between dark mode and light mode, on the navigation bar click on the toggle botton to toggle the mode that you prefer. The app will switch to the selected mode.
